The hotel was in a excellent area at 10 minutes drive from the main area of Cartagena where all the bar, restaurants and clubs are and also like 10 minutes from the airport which is very convenient. It was also in from of Playa Marbella. The hotel was very clean and the customer service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to inform your about activities, places to go, etc. Also the pool area was nice to relax. They also have breakfast included which it was topical Colombian breakfast.

breakfast is great and delicious, extra bonus for that! staff is very nice and helpful, rooms need to improve, they just cover de very basics to have a safe place to sleep and get a bath, location is a bit far from the action, have a supermarket, a pizzería, and a drugstore just across the street though!

really great location, on the seafront and only ten minute walk from town. the room was air conditioned and very comfortable. the breakfast in the morning was quite basic but really good nonetheless, they even let us use takeaway boxes as we had an excursion one of the days. the staff were really helpful too with booking excursions and advice on how to travel to different parts of Colombia - would definitely stay again!

The whole staff was super nice and knew their jobs we'll. The location was at a much better beach that didn't have as many hawkers and the ones there were not aggressive.

the staff was very amazing, they helped out on everything we asked for and payed a lot of attention. the rooms were also constantly cleaned and well taken care off. the hotels restaurant was delicious with reasonable prices. The only problem was that the lift only reaches to floor 7, and the swimming pool, gym, and bar are all on the 8th floor - which is a major problem for people in wheelchairs for example (our case). that information should have been said before booking, or even better making the lift reach floor 8. other than that, i definitely recommend this hotel who wants a nice experience in Cartagena
